NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS- SPECIAL WINDOW FOR RE-LODGEMENT OF TRANSFER REQUESTS OF PHYSICAL SHARES
SEBI vide its circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 02, 2025 has opened a special window for re-lodgement of transfer deeds that were lodged before April 01, 2019 but were rejected/returned/unattended due to deficiencies in the documents/process/or otherwise. This facility will be available for six months from July 07, 2025 to January 06, 2026.
Re-lodged securities will be transferred only in demat mode, following the due process. Shareholders who have missed the earlier deadline on March 31, 2021 are encouraged to utilize this opportunity by furnishing the necessary documents to MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Formerly Link Intime India Private Limited), C-101, Embassy 247, L.B.S.
